Customer Service Representative (Carrollton)

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the welcoming face and voice of our clinic-greeting patients, supporting care coordination, and helping ensure that every patient feels seen, heard, and valued. In this role, you’ll:
- Greet patients and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and empathy
- Schedule and confirm appointments, and assist with check-in and check-out

- Enter and update patient information in the electronic health record system
- Support a culturally diverse patient population with dignity and respect
Collaboration with team members will be a key part of your day as you share insights and seek advice on challenging cases. Your schedule will be Monday through Thursday from 7:30 AM to 5 PM, and Fridays from 8 AM to 12 PM.

You’ll help get patients and exam rooms ready for the provider, assist during exams, and give injections such as immunizations and allergy shots as needed.
You will also perform EKGs and basic lab tests, handle triage calls, and provide health and disease education under provider supervision. Organization is key – you’ll track referrals and follow-ups, keep supplies and medications stocked and up to date, and make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about patient care, thrives in a collaborative setting, and brings both heart and precision to every task. If you are certified, committed, and ready to make a difference every single day, we’d love to hear from you.
Working Conditions:
- This position is Monday to Friday. Schedule is Monday to Thursday 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am to 12:00 pm

- The position requires a great deal of computer data entry, continual walking from patient room to room, occasional patient lifting.
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Vocational School or some college courses
- Associate’s Degree, trade or Technical School
Training, Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- Must hold a current registration/certification in the State of Georgia as a Medical Assistant.
- Must possess 1-2 years of experience in an outpatient physician practice.
