Carrollton Location – Closed October 12-16

Please be advised that our Carrollton location will be closed the week of October 12th. The last day for medication pick-up in Carrollton will be Thursday, October 8. We would be happy to see Carrollton patients at our Palmetto location during this time or assist you with scheduling an appointment at the Carrollton office when it reopens on October 19th.
