We are excited to announce our official name change from Community Medical Center to YourTown Health. We care about the communities we serve, and want our name to reflect that.
At YourTown Health, we will continue to provide you with quality care. Our highly trained physicians and staff are dedicated to bringing excellent, affordable healthcare services to your community.
Our doctors are not changing and our locations are not changing. You will receive the same great service from the same dedicated physicians at the same convenient locations. There will also be no changes to policies or hours.
Those locations are: Barnesville, Carrollton, Greenville, Manchester, Palmetto, Zebulon, and surrounding communities at the same office locations.
What is changing?
- Our email addresses are changing to the domain@yourtownhealth.com.
- Our homepage is now www.YourTownHealth.com.
YourTown Health will continue to offer primary health care, including immunizations, pediatric and adolescent care, chronic disease management, lab services, and referrals to qualified specialists. We also offer quick care, pharmacy services, women’s care, obstetrics and gynecology services, and dental care.
To celebrate our new name, we will be hosting a health fair at each of our office locations. The first is in Palmetto on Friday, August 30th from 8am to 4pm. At the fair, we offer free testing and education on the following: blood pressure, BMI calculations, HIV testing, Cholesterol testing, and Diabetes Testing (A1c).
