Beginning January 21, 2023, the YourTown Health Vaccine Clinic (located at 507 Park St., Palmetto) hours are expanding to Monday – Saturday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
YourTown Health’s Statement on the Vaccine
YourTown Health is pleased and proud to offer COVID-19 vaccines, at no cost, at the Vaccine Clinic and by request at area businesses.
Our dedicated staff, which includes Spanish-speaking employees, manages the process and administers several hundred vaccines a day.
Currently, we are offering the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines and booster shots to eligible individuals. We are now offering the new Bivalent booster (Moderna and Pfizer) vaccines to all who meet the eligibility requirements.
Appointments are not required to receive a vaccine or booster dose with YourTown Health.
These vaccines are safe, effective, and readily available. Thank you for trusting YourTown Health with your care and taking the next step in protecting our communities.
How to Get the Vaccine
No appointments are necessary to receive a vaccine or booster dose with YourTown Health. All you must do is come to the YourTown Health Vaccine Clinic Monday-Saturday 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. and our team will guide you through the rest.

You must be eligible, under CDC guidelines, to receive a vaccine or booster shot for COVID-19.

Vaccine & Booster Dose Eligibility
Pfizer-BioNTech
- 6 months through 4 years
- Total number of doses: 3
- 5 years through 11 years
- Total number of doses: 3
- 12 years through 17 years
- Total number of doses: 3
- 18 years and over:
- Total number of doses: 3 or 4 (4th dose for persons ages 50 years and older)
Those who are moderately or severely immunocompromised should receive additional doses following the CDC COVID-19 Immunization Schedule.
Moderna
- 6 months through 5 years
- Total number of doses: 2
- 6 years through 11 years
- Total number of doses: 2
- 12 years through 17 years
- Total number of doses: 2
- 18 years and over
- Total number of doses: 3 or 4 (4th dose for persons ages 50 and older)
Those who are moderately or severely immunocompromised should receive additional doses following the CDC COVID-19 Immunization Schedule
Vaccine Consent Form
Please print and fill out a vaccine consent form before arriving at the Vaccine Clinic. If unable, we will also have plenty of copies on-site.
